Following the sale, a bill of sale will be issued through Gov Deals. The GST will be collected by Gov Deals as part of the sale and recorded on your bill of sale. A current original ownership will be signed and given to you at time of pick up by the seller. As GST is prepaid You will pay applicable taxes for new plates etc. when registering the vehicle in your name at Service Ontario. 05/20/2026 10:12:59 AM

I am checking if we do have the service records, as these would have been kept by the division using the van. We do not have an internal shop, so the vehicle would have gone back to the ford dealership for its regular required services. Ford suggests a transmission service is completed at 80,000 KMS. As this vehicle has less than 47,000 original KMS , it would not have been due for a transmission service. 05/20/2026 09:16:28 AM

No it did not. It was called our mail room van as it was used to carry our interoffice mail and course materials from our head office and stockroom to our other 2 locations on creekbank road in Mississauga. Likely the loads would have never exceeded 200 lbs. 05/20/2026 08:55:45 AM

This is the same van, It had a wrap on it originally when first posted. I was advised that we should have the wrap removed prior to the new buyer picking it up. Once the wrap was removed I added those pictures in addition to the originals. 05/22/2026 07:06:37 AM

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
