Router boots up and the admin password has been cleared. WinBox from the MikroTik website can be used to connect to, configure, and manage the router. Defaults to 192.168.88.1 port 8291. Power adapter pictured is included. Wi-Fi and PoE are listed features but have not been tested as they were not being used. RouterOS updates may be available to be applied at your discretion.
