The Omron AnyFeeder SX240 is built for agility in High Mix / Low Volume production, capable of replacing several conventional, dedicated mechanical feeders. The system uses an integrated vision architecture with Omron’s software to intelligently recognize, separate, and position parts for robot pickup. This functionality makes product changeovers seamless and software-based, managed via the Recipe Manager, thereby eliminating time-consuming mechanical adjustments. The "refinement on the fly" feature ensures high placement accuracy, critical for precision assembly.
