Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, or arranging shipping please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).

If item(s) are being shipped the buyer must arrange all aspects of shipping, including all expenses and arrangement of courier pick up. Buyer will be required to electronically present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc).

ALL pickups will be scheduled Monday to Friday during business hours. No weekend pickups are available.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” School District 51, BC makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property or pick up by courier if shipped, all sales are final.

Description Warranty: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
