The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting.

Note: Shipping may be available at buyers arrangement and expense.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, or arranging shipping please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).

If item(s) are being shipped the buyer must arrange all aspects of shipping, including all expenses and arrangement of courier pick up. Buyer will be required to electronically present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc).

ALL assets are for pick up only - No shipping/freight assistance will be provided.
ALL pickups will be scheduled Monday to Friday during business hours. No weekend pickups are available.

The seller:
will not be held responsible for any damage to any items during removal.
will not be held responsible for any personal injury that occurs during, or as a result of the removal.
will not be responsible for damage to its property that occurs during the removal.
will not provide any labour assistance with removal.
will not sign any document for shipping.
will not recommend any shippers, freight forwarders, couriers or delivery services.
will not be responsible for any shipping, packaging, delivery, duties, import fees, taxes or any other charges.
will not supply any asset information required for customs.
will not be responsible for preparing any documentation foreign or domestic.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” School District 51, BC makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property or pick up by courier if shipped, all sales are final.

Description Warranty: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
