The only service tag number that matches with Dell website is 816B8R2. We double-checked the service tag numbers on the machine label and even verified it from the bios – they are the correct service tag numbers but it doesn’t match on Dells website, so Dell has them inventoried incorrectly.

These are only for Dell Optiplex 5060 Micro Desktops (not Precision). Sorry about any confusion this may have caused. Regarding Serial Numbers: We double-checked the service tag numbers on the machine label and even verified it from the bios – they are the correct service tag numbers but it doesn’t match on Dells website, so Dell has them inventoried incorrectly.
