Proof of Insurance:

The buyer and each of its subcontractors (if applicable) hereby agrees to put in effect and maintain insurance at its own cost and expense including, but not limited to, the following:

a. Commercial General Liability Insurance on an occurrence basis for an inclusive limit of no less than One Million ($1,000,000.00) Dollars with a minimum Five Million ($5,000,000.00) Dollars in the aggregate (including Products and Completed Operations), indemnifying and protecting Conestoga College, their respective employees, servants, volunteers, agents and invitees for third party bodily injury, death and property damage or loss in connection with this purchase.

b. Coverage also to include cross-liability and severability of interest, blanket contractual liability, products and completed operations, premises and operations liability, personal injury liability, contingent employers’ liability, broad form property damage, and employees as additional insured’s;

c. Non-Owned Automobile Liability insurance to an inclusive limit of not less than $2,000,000 per accident and SEF.94 Legal Liability for Damage to Hired Automobiles coverage.

d. Owned Automobile Liability Insurance (including leased vehicles) to an inclusive limit of not less than $2,000,000 per accident.

The buyer shall provide Conestoga College with proof of such insurance in the form of a valid certificate of insurance.

The buyer will be granted access to the building at 139 Dearborn Pl then directed to the chairs to stack and carry them out to their vehicle.

Assets are sold AS IS WHERE IS. Bidders are invited to bid with the information provided.
