This auction is for a Precor 100i unit. The equipment has been maintained on an as‑needed schedule and remains in good working condition. All maintenance has been performed by certified technicians.
Items must be picked up from the Barrie Campus between April 27, 2026, and May 1, 2026.
If they aren’t picked up during this window and payment has already been made, the items will be disposed of.
There are no known issues, no visible damage, and no repairs required within the past 12 months.
The unit does have surface rust on the foot pedal mounts, which is cosmetic only and does not affect functionality

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
