This 2002 ATCO portable contractor office trailer (12' x 60', approx. 67 m²) is available as is, where is. The unit is steel skid mounted and was last occupied in 2012, then boarded up and has been sitting in open field storage ever since.
Important Condition Notes:
Trailer is in poor condition, roof requires repair or full replacement, suspected mold present on the interior, indication that mice have entered the structure, Interior has not been maintained since 2012.
Mechanical / HVAC:
Gas fired forced air furnace with galvanized steel ducting, exterior A/C condensing unit with evaporator in furnace ducting, dual control wall thermostat for heating & cooling (operational status unknown due to long-term disuse).
Electrical:
200A, 120/240V, 1 phase main breaker panel, additional 12 circuit pony panel, interior lighting: 12 × 2 lamp T8 fluorescent fixtures, exterior lighting: 2 × LPS fixtures with photocells, emergency lighting: 4 wall pack units + exit lights, wiring installed to CEC standards at time of construction.
Summary:
This trailer is best suited for parts, refurbishment, or salvage. Not currently suitable for occupancy.
Trailer will be sold AS IS. All costs for moving and relocating will be at the responsibility and cost of the buyer.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
