equipment must be made with the HWDSB seller representative.
The seller (HWDSB) cannot, and will not, provide any equipment to assist the buyer moving the
equipment.
Once a pick up day/time is set, the HWDSB seller representative will be on site 15 minutes before and after the
scheduled pick up time. The pick up will not occur if the HWDSB representative is not on site, the school cannot
facilitate or authorize a pick up.
The HWDSB representative will provide a bill of sale at the time of pick up. The bill of sale must be signed by
both buyer and seller.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. THE REMOVAL OF THE PURCHASED ASSETS FROM THE VENDOR’S PREMISES SHALL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER. The winning bidder will be contacted by a Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board representative to arrange pick of the asset. Pick up availability - Monday to Friday during business hours. Asset pick up address (within City of Hamilton) will be supplied upon close of auction to the winning bidder.
