Body
- Rusted floorboards (Drivers side will need new metal welded to floor)
- Rusted brush guard
- Rusted bed (fenders have detached from bed frame, tailgate rusted out)
- Treads are worn down – Tires maintain air
- Seat cushions are loose
- Interior upholstery is not stock – previous DC employee fastened carpet-like material on the interior of the cab.

Mechanical
- Steering rack is crunchy – will likely need service/replacement
- Throttle and brakes are good.
- Transmission can stick – likely some gears have worn down and don’t always catch right away when shifting between Neutral, High, and Reverse.

Electrical
- Electric dump is seized – Switches were diagnosed in Fall 2024 but not found to be the problem as they maintained continuity. Possible that the actuator and wiring harness needs to be replaced. Actuator will need to be cut out as the pin holding it into the frame has welded itself to the actuator itself.
- Wiring harnesses have corroded at some contacts.
- Backup alarm no longer works. Harness has melted due to improper fastening to frame.
- Headlights, work lights (front and back) and beacon are functional
- Fuses are all intact
- Battery replaced in 2024
- Tail lights and hazards work intermittently

Engine
- Starts/Runs
- Struggles to start cold – block heater is present under the dump bed
- ~3225 hours
